How it works

Upon acceptance to one or more of our promotional Offers, you are entitled to claim Cash Back. The Cash Back amount is usually the difference between the Line Rental as stipulated by the Network Providers and what you are actually paying as stipulated by Switch Connections, i.e.:

Example One – If you sign up for a tariff which is retailed by the Network Provider at £75.00 per month and our promotional Offer for that specific tariff is £19.99 per month, you will be entitled to claim £55.01 Cash Back per month.

Example Two – If you sign up for a tariff which is retailed by the Network Provider at £45.00 per month and our promotional Offer for that specific tariff is £9.99 per month, you will be entitled to claim £35.01 Cash Back per month.


You will receive your Terms & Conditions specifying the provisions which apply to you and your Contract upon receipt of your purchase. Depending on the Cash Back Period agreed at the time of purchase of your goods, i.e., Monthly, Quarterly or Half Yearly. All Cash Back can be redeemed 30 days after the day it is due. There is no time restitution to the customer should you fail to claim your Cash Back within the designated time.

We require the Service Plan page of your mobile phone bill which contains your Line Rental charge and a summary of your calling costs in order to process your Cash Back redemption.

You may claim your Cash Back either in-store or via postal delivery. You will be asked to confirm your preferred choice of redemption upon the Sales transaction of your goods.

Within 14 days of receiving your bill, we will issue your cheque for the total sum of your Cash Back from the previous Cash Back Period. You will receive this via whichever method you selected upon your initial purchase.
